2019 Dark Matter Limitless Cabernet Sauvignon

One of the more complex vintages I have made, this 100% Howell Mountain Cabernet has an expressive nose of chamomile, black tea leaf, red and black currant, violet, cocoa, coffee, and enchanting savory baking spices. On the palate, this full-bodied wine delivers big yet scrumptious tannins and vibrant acidity with flavors of freshly baked red velvet, raspberry, black cherry, blackberry, and gooey devil's food.   

We recommend decanting this wine for at least one hour before enjoying.
