As we return to our roots with a Napa Valley Chenin Blanc, our third vintage was picked on August 24th and cold fermented (Our Grandfather’s contribution to modern day winemaking) in stainless-steel drums and one French Oak barrel. Making up for 10% of the blend, this single French Oak barrel contributes an additional layer of complexity and dimension to the mouthfeel, while the stainless-steel fermentation retains the beautiful aromatics.
Angelina has outdone herself again, creating a wine that is delicate yet complex, with an array of intricate aromatics and a lusciously creamy finish. With each sip, you will experience tantalizing hints of orange peel, Meyer lemon, honeycomb, honeysuckle, lemon blossom, jasmine, and cherry blossom - intermingled in perfect harmony. On the palate, you will discover a world of complex, yet crisp and refreshing flavors, including notes of lemon meringue pie, honey, jasmine, lemon, and lime blossom.
